The Gabonese flag was raised yesterday October 17th in London at the Commonwealth Headquarters, on the roof of Marlborough House in attendance of President Ali BONGO ONDIMBA and some special guests, including high commissioners, senior government officials, and the media.

Gabon is now allowed to sell its carbon credits. In its recently released report on the technical analysis of the country’s environmental activities, the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) certified the 187 million carbon credits sequestered by Gabon over the 2010–2018 period. The data provided by the Gabonese government were considered compliant and transparent with the established directives.

Strengthening economic and commercial relations between France and the African continent is the main objective of the Ambition Africa Forum, which takes place over two days (from October 4 to 5) in Paris.
