The African Development Bank (AfDB), through its President, promises to support several projects, including those related to youth employability, water and electricity to improve the living conditions of Gabonese people. This is the result of the meeting between the President of the Gabonese Republic, His Excellency Ali BONGO ONDIMBA and Dr. Akinwumi AYODEJI ADESINA, on November 21, 2022. 

Considered to be essential for the economy, the country’s small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) will now have easy access to financial resources. This decision was taken by the highest authorities of Gabon, led by the President of the Republic, His Excellency Ali BONGO ONDIMBA, who took part in the official launching of the Société de Garantie du Gabon (SGG) on November 14, 2022.

Emmanuel Macron is invited to an International Summit on the Environment to be held in March 2023, in Libreville, Gabon, said Ali BONGO ONDIMBA, President of the Gabonese Republic on Monday, November 7, 2022, on the fringes of the COP 27, which takes place until November 18, in Egypt. This climate event will be co-organized with France in the framework of a Partnership for Positive Conservation.

After the positive exchanges between the President of the Republic, His Excellency Ali BONGO ONDIMBA and his counterpart, Emir BIN ZAYED AL NAHYANE, on October 24, 2022, in Abu Dhabi, Gabon and the United Arab Emirates signed an agreement on the exemption of the visa for the citizens of both countries. In the educational field, five (5) scholarships were also offered to the Gabonese government, in the context of the strengthening of cooperation.
